I had ordered 3 tee shirts, waited for longggggg and when I happily got my parcel, there're only 2 pieces in.

I proceeded to email the customer service. 

At the beginning, I waited for long before I got a reply :) and I should be really thankful for that already, because until now, the customer service hasn't replied me and it has been 3 years :))
