I also emailed a week ago but I am not sure it was received. I finally was able to make an account but my concern is that I have not received a confirmation email for two separate orders I made on September 24, 2023 and September 27, 2023. Fortunately I took a screenshot of the order confirmation so I remember the confirmation numbers but I would like a email with details of the order as it is easier to track. There is also no way for me to look up my order because when I checked out those items, I did not have an account. I used the same email for those orders as I did for this account but the orders do not show up under "my page."

Please help.
